In accordance with the current regulations on Personal Data Protection, we inform you that the data provided in the UNEDasiss accreditation applications will be processed, as the Data Controller, by the Spain’s National Distance Education University (Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia -UNED) shall be fully responsible for processing the data you provide in your UNEDasiss application with a view to evaluating university applications and managing student records. 

The purpose of data processing is the review of enrollments and management of student records for UNEDasiss.

The processing to which it is subscribed is UNIVERSITY ACCESS, whose responsible party is: Jefe de Acceso a la Universidad (selecdir@adm.uned.es)

The legal bases for processing your data are: the consent of the data subject, the execution of a contract, or the fulfillment of a legal obligation applicable to the data controller. Additionally, the data will be used to send information, by any means, about the aforementioned purposes.

Your data will not be transferred or communicated to third parties, except in cases necessary for the proper attention, development, control, and fulfillment of the expressed purposes, as well as in the cases provided for in current legislation.

You may exercise the rights of Access, Rectification, Deletion, Limitation of processing, Data Portability, or Objection to processing before UNED at C/ Bravo Murillo 38, Sección de Protección de Datos, 28015 de Madrid, or any of the registration assistance offices. You must bring along with you further information on your motivation and an appeal form which can be downloaded : Oficina de Protección de datos, or through the Sede electrónica (https://sede.uned.es) of the UNED.
