By virtue of Regulation UE 679/2016 on Data Protection as well as the laws in force, you are informed that Spain’s National Distance Education University (Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia -UNED) shall be fully responsible for processing the data you provide in your UNEDasiss application with a view to evaluating university applications and managing student records. 

The legal bases on which we process your personal data are found in the need carry out public service, in the form of distance higher education, and backed by your consent, when applicable. 

The data will be transferred, when legally appropriate, to Public Institutions having competence in educational matters and to Spanish universities for the purpose of enrolment. 

You may exercise your rights, which include access to data, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection to processing and data portability, by reaching out to either UNED at C/ Bravo Murillo 38, Sección de Protección de Datos, 28015 de Madrid, or any of the offices that you can find here. You must bring along with you further information on your motivation and an appeal form which can be downloaded : Departamento de Política Jurídica de Seguridad de la Información, (www.uned.es/dpj) or through the Sede electrónica (https://sede.uned.es) of the UNED.
