How to submit your documents

The required documents must be delivered through the following means:

Processing trough a partner entity:

If you have chosen to process your application through a partner entity, you should contact that entity directly to be informed on how the documents should be presented before proceeding to deliver them.

 Individual processing:

1. Students may attach the required documents to their online application along with a statement that guarantees its veracity (see related document). The documents attached to your application must be unified in a single PDF file in the following order:

 

  1. Identity card or passport
  2. Payment document (only for payments not done with Debit/Credit card)
  3. Document of completion of academic stage.
  4. Academic documents from the last two courses, if required.
  5. Other documents, if applicable.   
* Note: You can upload the documentation to the app when your application is in the sent or whit requirements state.

2.  Once the request has been resolved (granted status) and only if there is pending or provisional documentation, it can be submitted as follows:

2.1 If the documents can be verified electronically (homologations and documents with CSV, electronic signature or QR code), you can send the documents by email to unedasiss@adm.uned.es, together with the responsible statement (see related document)

2.2 Other documents:

If you reside in Spain:

  • The required documents can be delivered from any of the registry offices that you may find at the following link. You must bring the original documents and indicate that they should be directed to Sección de Acceso PAU code: U02800160 of the UNED. It is advisable to bring a copy of each document (without staples or binding), in addition to the original document, to speed up the process.
 * Attention: Before going to an associated center of the UNED to present your documents for electronic delivery, it is essential to consult that the associated center is authorized and the hours in which it is open.

  •   Through postal mail or courier service, sending certified documents together with a copy of your request, to the following address:

  •  The documents may also be delivered in person, at the UNEDasiss office in Madrid. Bring your original documents, they must be presented along with the copies of the required documents. To be attended, you must request an appointment through the following link.
 

If you reside abroad:

  • Through the Diplomatic representations or consular offices of Spain abroad. You may consult in the following link if the Spanish diplomatic office in the country where you reside has an Electronic Registry. If you can deliver the documentation through an Electronic Registry, the processing of your request will be faster. You must bring the original documents and indicate that they should be directed to, Sección de Acceso PAU code: U02800160 of the UNED. It is advisable to bring a copy of each document (without staples or binding), in addition to the original document, to speed up the process.
 

Please, consult with the diplomatic office how long will it take for your documentation to arrive at UNEDasiss.

  • Through postal mail or courier service, sending certified documents, together with a copy of your request, to the following address:

Shipments by postal mail take between 10 and 15 days to be received by UNEDasiss when the shipment is made from Europe, and a longer time from other countries
